$450,000 for 41 year old pedestrian "bumped" by Federal Express truck.
Plaintiff, a 41 year old woman, was crossing the street in the crosswalk when she was "bumped" by a Federal Express truck making a left turn, causing her to fall and land on both wrists. She sustained a fracture to the left wrist, and subsequently had surgeries to both wrists for triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) tears. Amy Rosenbloom settled the case for $450,000 at a mediation conducted after the close of discovery.
